| High precision linear motion guides make
an essential part of our manufacturing equipment capable of producing
micro diameter drills. Union tool was the first in Japan to develop linear
motion guides with the crossed roller construction. This unique roller
mechanism has realized higher precision and performance than ever before.
We have since then used these guides in our production line, but have
also made them available in the market. Our unique guides have won a
substantial market share. In particular, our super Finish (SF class)
products, whose bearing surfaces have nearly a mirror finish, are uniquely
of our own. They are often used in applications where high precision
and reliability are required, such as optical measuring equipment and
