| Mainly exhibited the micro diameter end mills from smallest size
0.1mm. Introduction of C-CHRS Corner Radius Series ( Suitable for harder materials / higher feed rate ) and C-CHRBT Rib Processing Type ( Achieved improvement in rigidity and high feed rate by redesigning the neck length to taper from straight type ). Exhibited the worked piece of fine finishing surface CD player, made by Union Tool end mills, which are all produced by our own in-house manufacturing machine. Thank you for the joint cooperation to Machine , Holder and CAD/CAM maker for the " Optical Connector " worked sample.We are very proud that we could present our high technology and quality not only to the new visitors but also to our present customers to help the new understanding of our tools. |
