| Setting our theme of this exhibition as "The pioneer
of direct milling for micro diameter", we manly displayed Tungsten
Carbide End Mill UNIMAX
Series, our new product CrN coated End Mill Series for milling copper
electrode and Non-contact End Mill Dynamic Run-Out Measuring Equipment
"OPTEC-EDR". We also exhibited Rib Processing Type and Taper-Neck Type End Mills with micro diameter and the workpieces finished by them. Those products gained popularity among the visitors. Moreover, we presented New Coating for Hard Steel Milling and DLC in order to show how various coated products we can provide. They were especially interested in CrN coated Series and we had confidence in our products. We exhibited "TOOLS" made by GRAPHIC PRODUCTS INC. which is a CAD/CAM maker in collaboration with them. In addition, we placed a digital microscope made by KEYENCE CORPORATION to magnify our micro diameter End Mills and we displayed "Excellent Ball End Mill" with higher precise R. Owing to those exhibits, we could let the visitors understand how our product quality is outstanding. |
