HKPCA & IPC SHOW 2005 was held in a more grand scale than last year.About 300 companies participated in this show and total visitor of 3 days is over 30,000.Whole field about PCB and electronics (material,facilities,manufacturing technology,etc.)were exhibited.
To demonstrate ultra-micro-grinding technology of UNION TOOL ,ø0.02mm drill bit and its drilling case study are mainly exhibited.Many visitors had interest of this drill and surprised at technology. For the increase of the demand of flexible PCB in the PCB market of China,FX drill series is attractive for the visitors who use drills for flexible PCB.We demonstrate MDP-10 (drill pointer),Optech-RI-IV(Spindle runout digital indicator),PV-Checker(Pressure&Vacuum Checker),and DS-1(Digital Passamerer).And we showed case studies of drilling of PCB for automobile and BH drill(for blind via hole)series.We could promote many products of UNION TOOL effectively.
